Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Minoan Transfers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Service Description
Minoan Transfers provides a platform for coordinating taxi and shuttle transfers between hotels, dispatchers, and drivers. We facilitate communication and scheduling but do not directly provide transportation services.
User Accounts
You must register with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate transfer details, communicate changes promptly to all parties, and comply with all applicable local transportation laws and regulations.
Subscription & Payments
Subscription plans are billed monthly. No refunds are provided for partial months. Enterprise customers may have custom billing arrangements. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
The Minoan Transfers platform, including its design, features, and content, is our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Minoan Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your data for 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
